hi Bertel ,
that car transporter is one I have not seen down this way , I am impressed with how it looks going to start looking to see what I can find. all the best Shaneshane holmyardDeltagerhi Flemming,
I have a few projects on the go at the moment , a green Vilmer scooter , a Molberg tractor very good parts from Peter and the white Jaguar I almost shed a tear when I damaged this white metal model kit the roof was crushed but I am getting there slow process , luckily I airbrushed the white paint so once repairs are made I will be able to blend the paint together without any problems.- Dette svar blev ændret 1 måned, 2 uger siden af shane holmyard.

shane holmyardDeltagerBertle ,Even if thats not quite right it certainly looks better than nothing in that area as
it looks like something like that should be there as it would have been needed to tow heavy vehicles with, I will be making one of those thank you my friend .shane holmyardDeltagervery nice models there Bertel , not sure about the bigger VW bus/van though, is
it metal or ceramics, Shane- Dette svar blev ændret 9 måneder, 3 uger siden af shane holmyard.
shane holmyardDeltagerthank you Stroget
shane holmyardDeltagerThank you Flemming it’s always nice when they trun out how you wanted.
shane holmyardDeltagervery nice , do Tekno Holland produce these models or are they outsourcing them to other countries cheers from down under
shane holmyardDeltagerThank you Strøget , I appreciate the time you took to add the history of the red carpet model that gives it a little more meaning to me and now that Bertel has found a well played with model I will leave the one I have as it is and look forward to restoring the model Bertel has found for me .All the best Shane
shane holmyardDeltagerthank you Bertel , I still have not touched the Red Carpet yet so now I can leave it alone and sit proudly on display . I hope the parcel of Trucks will be with by
Christmas , all the best from down under .shane holmyardDeltagerhi Bertel . good verity of models you found , must be quite a few Elvis fans in Denmark , a pink Caddy is always a nice looking machine
shane holmyardDeltagerhi Stroget ,not so much a professional restorer buy I do make a few dollars from
restoring any type of model , Tekno collectors of the older models are not that plentiful here in Australia . I do most of restoration work on Corgi 267 Batmobiles
from 1966/67 along with many other makes but no Tekno’s yet except for my own little
collectionAttachments:
shane holmyardDeltagervery good , lots of history to take in there
shane holmyardDeltagerhave not made a start on them yet , I have way too many models to work on for customers before I get to play with these models
shane holmyardDeltagerthank you Peter
shane holmyardDeltagerthanks Bertel for that information I have left them as polished metal ,I will post an update later this week of the finished products
shane holmyardDeltagerPeter , that is going to be a wonderful way to expand the availability of some
hard to get parts , thank you for your efforts.shane holmyardDeltagerHi Eduard ,
very neat restorations , well doneshane holmyardDeltagerhi Michael , to get the two parts back together I drilled out the holes the pins had to go into just enough so the fit was loose then glued into place and clamps used for wood work to lock it all together . Glad you like my humble effort I have a couple more to restore one day hopefully be even better .
shane holmyardDeltagerHi Bertel ,
thanks for the information I use a similar method but use split pins as the source of
the new pillar , lots a different sizes (width) , one curved edge and one flat . I too managed to obtain from Peter one of those catalogues , love it , makes restoration and purchases a lot easier .shane holmyardDeltagerhi Flemming ,
thank you Peter has already sent me the missing part in fact several dozen replacement parts for various models over the last few months. - ForfatterIndlæg
