Hello, I am new in this forum and would like to introduce myself in english. I am Ducki from Hamburg, Germany. I got my first car in the age of 10 or 11, a Mercedes 230SL in red and was very proud of it. Over the years I bought more stuff in several conditions on flewmarkets and in the bay. I am specialised in personal cars. Now I am retired and want to restore them one by one for my personal exhibition. I will show you about the ongoing if you are interested in.
I have read lot of the articles and enjoyed it. Read lot of tips and tricks and try to Insert them into my work.Attachments:

I would with great interest like to follow the ongoing. I my self has retired and have great fun on “memory lane” finding and restoring the cars I used to play with som 60 years ago. Mostly Tekno, but also Corgi, Dinky and Matchbox.Regards

Also a big welcome to forum from me. I myself is 60 yrs old.
As a young boy, I build plastic airplanes in 1:72 scale
(Airfix, Rewell and Matchbox).
Later, I pursued my passion for trucks, with models in 1:25 scale.
Some 20 years ago, I began collecting and restoring diecast models.
I collect Tekno Denmark and Tekno NL, Wilmer, Corgi, Dinky and Matchbox.
My main interest remain big heavy trucks. However, I do have some passenger cars and vans.

Welcome to the forum.
I will then look forward to seeing what you get renovated. I can see that you have many fine vehicles and there in among several fine projects.
I also renovate even a little cars once in a
while, and have mostly Tekno, Corgi Toys, Dinky Toys, Matchbox and the like.
I prefer the slightly older cars from when I was a kid. Like several in here, I have turned 60 years old.

Hi to All. Thanks for the warm welcome. The Joal was only a test indeed. Now I found annother Monza in my collection which needs some kindness. It was be loved in its first life as a dirt-track model. Let us see the forthcoming of it.
