Sorry I cab not ewrite in Danish but I live in the USA and speak English. I also have searched for what type truck the Tekno “Dodge” is. I asked some of the American car boards and they did not know any Dodge like that.
It probably is a 1 1/2 or 2 ton Chevy like these:

With Lego and others making the big “Chevy” truck in ~1/43 scale, perhaps Tekno went with Dodge hubs so as not be be accused of copying the Lego Chevy toy design? (I have seen the Lego catalog list their 1/43 truck withg the same design as a Chevy!)
