Yes – I think Lion-Car Denmark is a company …. I think Lion-Car NL. has rented tool to a Danish company, just as they did to JEFE. I think the Danish company has chosen to continue with the LION name. The Dutch name has not been registered in Denmark, so there has been no problem using the name. The company that made the cars may have chosen to use the LION name to step away from the past. Or for tax reasons. If MOLBERG name is on the tires, it’s likely that this company is behind. But I think that DKW, Opel, Ford, Mercedes, and more, is manufactured by one company in Denmark. – not two –
Tekno has been exclusively a wholesale seller in this game, and it has almost certainly only been the of Opel and DKW, and only in 1958.

Knut – because there are 2 completely different types of Lion trademarks, that is why i think there were 2 Lion companies in Denmark. One related to Lion Holland and one related to Molberg(?)

I do not think so. Lion NL. was stopped with anything other than DAF cars already in 1958. They lent out the molding tool to Jefe in Spain. It will not be unnatural to lend it to Molberg, or perhaps try to work with Molberg and Vilmer. Here I think about the Vilmer Lambretta scooter was also sold as LION DENMARK.I do not think there were two LION factories in Denmark. There was also no reason to have two factories, because there were no trade restrictions with Holland as it was to Sweden and Norway.

Molberg only had a helicopter in different variants. They have probably been able to lend LION’s outdated tools cheaply. Tekno as wholesale tok in the Lion DK. Opel and DKW cars, into the sales program, as cheap alternatives to Tekno’s own cars. But they did it only in 1958. Certainly, because Molberg also launched a Ford FK who could compete with Tekno’s model of the same car. Molberg launched a tractor that could beat Tekno in design, and then launched a scooter from Tekno’s enemy Vilmer. Tekno would not sell Molberg stuff, and thus Lion was out of tekno’s sales program. LION / Molberg did not tolerate it and they had to close around 1960, Because they now did not have Tekno’s large efficient sales organization anymore.

I simply do not think there were two LION companies in Denmark that use the same name, occur and close at the same time. It will not make sense.
